“Anytime you can get a group
of teachers to sweat during summer
vacation, you know you have the
talent to motivate. I took a week
intensive graduate course called
the Science of Exercise with Gail.
Her enthusiasm for the topic was
matched by her excitement to work
with us. Everyday she developed
all-day lesson plans that varied in
intensity throughout the day. She
challenged us with home projects
and then turned the class over to
us to teach at various times. She
had us dancing, jumping, stretching,
playing games, lifting and laughing
at the energy she was able to ignite
in us. Each one of us left with a new
appreciation for exercise and a self-
assessment well beyond our initial
expectations. Gail truly has a passion
for fitness and the ability to diplo-
matically deliver it to ALL ability levels.”
