Group Master Classes We offer music that motivates and movement that educates through our multi-level fitness classes located throughout the MetroWest area. All of our classes, unless otherwise noted, run 30 to 60 minutes, accommodate children through seniors, and beginner to advanced activity levels. We educate participants on posture, alignment, exercise guidelines and techniques.
