She holds a Masters in Education in Health and Fitness Promotion and received the advanced Toastmasters bronze certificate. Her dynamic style and belief in others and their ability to make changes, motivates her audiences to value health while instilling a call to action for a healthier you.

The former director of a fitness club, ongoing member of The International Association of Fitness Professionals and the President of GG Fitness Productions since 1986, Gail has over twenty five years' experience designing customized fitness programs for people of all ages and exercise backgrounds.
